These links are shown to players when they press Deposit or Withdraw.

Deposit: give them their items/money with the tools above, then press Done. Withdraw: their items are already taken from their inventory — hand them out, then press Done. Reject gives withdraw items back.

Pay the player using the "Give item to a user" tool above, then press Mark paid. Reject returns the money to their affiliate balance.
